Learning Arabic is obligatory for a Muslim. “Talabul Ilme Faridatun, Ala Kulli Muslimin.” Sahih Muslim.
If you want to read the Quran, you need to learn Arabic. And what do you mean by simple method? It is the responsibility of the believers to read the pure Quran. Because Allah has said some rules for reciting the Quran, which should be recited in a pure tone.
You are better off learning Arabic from a masjid teacher or a skilled Quran reciter. You can study Quran for 1 hour after Isha prayer in a mosque. Also, if it seems too old, what will everyone say? Don’t think like that. Education is not age! You can bring a good Hafez at home and practice the pure Quran. It will take about 1 month, you can read Quran privately at home.
Before reciting Quran we read in childhood like “Al Qaida”, “Alif-Lam”, “Easy Quran Recitation” etc. You also need to learn them all if you want to read again. “Harf, Tanbin, Waqf,…” You have to learn the rules and usage of all such letters.
the best way will be you can take a lesson from a teacher here Facebook link teacher page you can message them https://facebook.com/qurantutor2021
Also now everything is available online. You can learn from youtube channel if you want. Good Hafez-Qari have channel they teach very well, you can read and listen from there too.
Also you can practice from many mobile applications which describe audio-manning-commentaries offline.
